PROCESS AND QUALITY LEAD
(National Capital Reg – MAKATI)
Responsibilities:
* Must have experience in back office data quality programs
* Should be a Quality Lead or Supervisor level for 1-2 years
* Has experience in training a class
* Has experience in building a Quality Department Plan for the Program
* Exposed in the different statistical method in measuring Quality
* Excellent English both in written and verbal communication
* With keen attention to details
* With strong facilitation and classroom management skills
* With excellent time-management, problem solving and organization skills
* With excellent leadership skills and ability to develop and mentor
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision required.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in MAKATI.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
