Sourcing Associate -(Project Employment) Can Start ASAP
(National Capital Reg – Pasig City)

Requirements:

* Graduate of a bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Advertising, Human Resource Management, or other related field is preferred)
* Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in recruitment, sourcing, marketing, events; or related experience in human resources
* Call center/customer service operations preferred
* Excellent written and oral English communication skills
* Must be proficient with various software applications programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Proficient planning, time management, and decision making skills
* Knowledgeable with multiple sourcing strategies and techniques in mass recruitment
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
