Requirements:

* Registered Electrical Engineer
* With at least ten (10) years managerial experience in electrical works for high-rise condominium or office buildings
* Knowledgeable in General Construction and supervision of electrical works including Quantity Survey and Quality Control and Assurance of electrical aspect
* Proficient in plan review and value engineering
* Must be able to liaise with other project design consultants and representatives
* Computer literate
* Above average academic records
* Good communication skills (oral and written)
* Demonstrates ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands
