Relocation & IA Tax – Accounting Professor (Philcoa, Night Shift)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION:

A Relocation Domain Trainer is responsible for the end-to-end training needs of new and existing hires within the Relocation Domain of BPD Manila Delivery Center. He/She ensures that all necessary knowledge and capability building activities are planned, implemented and evaluated within the domain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*
LEARNING CONSULTANT
*
• Establishes and maintains relationships with the customers, account team and 3rd party suppliers/interfaces
*
• Facilitates training needs of the domain to L&D for scheduling and delivery
*
• Acts as a learning business partner to frontline for all L&D training programs
*
LEARNING FACILITATION
*
• Facilitate end-to-end training for Relocation domain
*
TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS
*
• Identify knowledge/skill gaps which led to SLA misses and prescribe necessary intervention to address need
*
• Analyze performance and quality/feedback reports and identify any training intervention necessary
*
TRAINING CONTENT DESIGN AND MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT
*
• Design programs which will address skill/knowledge gaps
*
• Design programs which will address additional processes in scope or process updates within the domain

REQUIREMENTS:

SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED:

APPLY KNOWLEDGE OF LEARNING STRATEGY
• Can use different techniques and methods during training or learning sessions to ensure maximum learning retention
APPLY PROJECT MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES
• Knowledge in project management techniques and concepts
• Knowledgeable with project planning, implementation, controlling and evaluation
APPLY KNOWLEDGE OF BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING
• Expertise in Relocation process outsourcing delivery
• Ability to provide learning interventions which can help improve delivery to clients
APPLY ADULT LEARNING PRINCIPLES TO FACILITATION
• Knowledge on the concepts of adult learning
• Knowledge and experience in performing facilitation using adult learning principles
ANALYZE AUDIENCE FOR LEARNING AND FACILITATION
• Design training programs and materials based from background, skills and levels of participants
• Ability to assess energy levels of group and make appropriate adjustments to maintain a dynamic learning environment
STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Ability to articulate thoughts, in a logical format to reinforce learning
• Has excellent presentation skills
PERFORM AS SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
• Knowledge and expertise in Relocation Process
• Ability to use practical experience, and analogies to make clear linkages between theory and application
PERFORM AS LEARNING MENTOR
• Ability to reinforce organizational strategy and objectives by making appropriate linkages with key learning points
• Act as a professional role model for participants, establishing credibility and building trust
MAINTAIN STUDENT MOTIVATION
• Knowledge in the techniques to elicit participation in training for better retention
• Knowledge and experience with the factors that affect participant motivation
PLAN FOR TRAINING EVENTS
• Ability to plan training events using different platforms (e.g. instructor-led, e-learning, classroom/lab) for maximum learning
MANAGE CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
• Ensures constant coordination with Relocation Domain Lead in determining learning initiatives
• Negotiating deliverables and suggesting activities that could help the domain

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Must have at least 2 years of solid Accounting Experience or must have taught BS Accountacy for at least 2 years
• Must have Excellent Oral and Verbal English Communication Skills
• Must be knowledgeable in various Accounting Principles
• Must be willing to work in Philcoa as a Night Shift Relocation & IA Tax Domain Trainer
