Taleo Certified User – Recruitment and Reports

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technology Solutions Engineering
§ Defines the configuration and delivery requirements of Recruitment Technology for BTO clients
§ Serves as the Subject Matter Expert on the technology aspect of operations
§ Has primary ownership of requests and escalations on a technology standpoint
§ Observes standards in meeting center/client expectations and resolving center/client issues and technical escalations in an efficient and effective manner

Systems/Technology Management
§ Manages technology utilization
§ Resolves and/or coordinates system issues that affect operations to Taleo Web Support, vendors and other partners
§ On-boards and trains all users of the recruitment application tool

System Administration
§ Serves as the system administrator for all recruitment technologies and related interfaces to HRIS

Information Management
§ Cascades related technology updates and information
§ Manages reporting capability for Business Objects

Back Up / Cross Training
§ Capability to support all Technology/ Taleo requirements for client even if not part of regular assignments (Ex. Another/new department).
§ Ideal to eventually gain capability to do the Reporting Specialist function (Partner role of technology for the whole support provided towards the recruitment technology/ Taleo) if not yet able.

REQUIREMENTS:

* At least 2-3 years of experience in related field
* Experience in Taleo, HRMS, SaaS Application, HRIS (SAP or Peoplesofr) or Tale Certified Integration partners (eQuest, Bigby, Choicepoint, Hireright, Ace Assessment WebTop. etc) is an advantage
* Excellent in MS Office Applications
