Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the chosen candidate will head and motivate a dynamic group. He/She will be responsible for the administration and implementation of all approved plans, policies and objectives of the company specifically in the assigned project.

Requirements:

* Licensed Civil Engineer
* With 4 years work experience in both vertical and horizontal projects
* Must possess basic knowledge and extensive experience in all trades of construction
* Ability to impart ideas, knowledge and instructions in simple but clear language
* Must possess above average aptitude in leading and supervising people
