Responsibilities:

* Reporting staffing needs and performance. Monitoring intra-day work volume.
* Ensures client/customer goals are met by analyzing work volume variances to forecast and re-forecasting as necessary to adjust the staffing levels.
* Allocates new staffing requirements to the business units and monitors continuously to ensure that goals are being met.
* Provides comparative analysis on staffing, call volume, capacity and forecast, generate operation productivity reports, determine best time for real time activities such as company/account events, coaching and meetings.
* Assesses real time call volume to escalate to team leaders/group managers and recommend short-term adjustment to staffing to address current issues.
* Maintains, coordinates and disseminates all reporting related to Workforce Management, verify employee schedule adherence, monitor, track and report agent attendance and aux time

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, any field.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
