BACOLOD – Inbound Service to Sales Associates
(Western Visayas – Bacolod)

Responsibilities:

* To provide sales opportunities and customer service solutions to TeleTech’s client’s customers through inbound and outbound communication channels
* clearly document all transactions with these customers in the relevant software systems
* to maintain a high level of program and product knowledge in order to provide the best sales solutions.

Requirements:

* Preferably graduate of any four-year course, or at least finished 2nd year in college
* With excellent communication skills in English– both verbal and written
* With strong comprehension and listening skills
* At least 6months of cumulative customer service experience is required
* Sales experience would be desirable
* Ability to use MS Office and Internet
* Must be willing to work in Bacolod
