RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist customers regarding their inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner over the phone. (BENEFITS: Salary Package: Php12,000 to Php18,000 plus competitive benefits, FREE Call, Center Interview Coaching, Full-time positions available, Work locations: Sucat, Alabang, Pasay, Makati, Shaw/Mandaluyong Edsa, Ortigas and Quezon City.)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 1 year related experience in the same field REQUIRED.
2. At least 2nd year college(No back subjects).
3. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
4. Willing to work in shifting schedules including graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays.
5. Above average English communication skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
