RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a sales representative, you’ll be assisting people from different countries, providing advice on products and helping customers select the right service plans. It can be challenging work, but you’ll be rewarded with commissions as you help our clients meet their sales goals. Inbound sales representatives answer calls from customers who are seeking product information, while outbound sales representative call customers to offer specials and upgrades. Most of the sales programs are easy to learn, so you can begin earning commissions quickly. You must be able to handle calls and navigate the computer, while providing superb service.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/short course certificate.

* Sales experience, especially if in a call center setting is a plus.

* Excellent English communication skills.

* Good problem solving and decision making skills.

* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

* Willing to be assigned in at least one of our sites: Makati, Libis, Alabang or Shaw.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Sales Executive acts as the primary point of contact for accounts who contact the company via call routing queue, with a need to place an order, to check price, to check availability or variety of other questions and problems regarding orders. French Sales Representative
(National Capital Reg)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Main responsibility is to interface with our client’s customers to provide customer service and making sales. Interaction with customer may be via a number of different mechanisms, including: phone, e-mail and web chat.
* French Multilingual Sales Representatives will work in a professional environment, using PCs and the telephone to communicate with customers. They are required to be extremely flexible in their work hours, including working during U.S. daytime hours (night in the Philippines).
* All French Multilingual Sales Representatives will be working on a graveyard shift schedule. This entails working eight (8) hours a day (excluding lunch break), 5 days a week, including Holidays. Rest days may or may not fall on Saturdays and Sundays and/or Holidays.

REQUIREMENTS:
