Responsibilities:
1. Oversee M & E planning, budgeting, work plan development, and implementation of activities.
2. Develop disease / program-specific M & E framework in coordination with concerned program managers at the National Center for Disease Prevention and Control and other local and international stakeholders.
3. Develop M & E module for Malaria, Tb & HIV / AIDS in coordination with NCDPC and other local and international stakeholders.
4. Formulate M & E guidelines and policies for Malaria, Tb & HIV / AIDS in coordination with NCDPC and other local and international stakeholders.
5. Coordinate with national and regional program specific coordinators , RESU, ESU coordinators and LGU staff during M & E workshops and trainings.
6. Provide technical assistance to identified regional and local M & E coordinators in the implementation of their plans.
7. Organize and prepare annual M & E review.
8. Perform any duties assigned by the Director of the National Epidemiology Center (NEC).
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in medical or allied medical sciences..
* Strong working knowledge in Malaria, TB ,HIV / AIDS, Epidemiology and Management.
* Strong working knowledge and use of MS Office applications.
* Ability to write in a clear and concise manner.
* Good interpersonal relationship.
* Willing to and can work under pressure
