QUALIFICATIONS:

* Graduate of any four (4)-year course
* With at least 6 months work experience in a reputable Call Center, preferably in logistics or shipment accounts.
* Must be willing to work in graveyard shift
* Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Must have excellent written and spoken English and Spanish language skills
* Must be keen on details
* Must have general knowledge of PC applications such as Internet Explorer, Acrobat Reader, and Microsoft application (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Must be willing to work in graveyard shift
