Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ability to use logical and non-linear troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues
• Execute client’s policy and procedure to resolve issues and offering suggestions

Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. If not, should have at least 6mos tech experience

GIS SUPPORT ANALYST
(National Capital Reg – Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City)

Responsibilities:

* Receive incoming customer requests either by e-mail or phone
* Provide first level support on basic operational usage of ArcGIS Desktop product
* Determine and request incident-specific information necessary to initiate the troubleshooting process.
* Advise/educate customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their support questions
* Escalate incidents when unable to determine a solution to the clients incident
* Document technical issues through incident tracking, knowledge base articles and submission of software defects/enhancement requests
* Determine or recommend software changes to programmers/software engineers
* Fully utilize and further develop problem solving skills, communication skills, creativity and knowledge of ESRI products
* Perform other duties as assigned
* Take ownership of incidents and follow through to resolution
* Consistently meet/exceed ESRI core performance goals and objectives.
* Installation and configuration support
* Software usage
* Customization support
* Software Defect/Enhancement reporting support.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Others), Geographical Science, Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): ESRI. GSI
* Preferred skill(s): ArcSDE geodatabase connections, geocoding, dynamic segmentation, geometric networks, subtypes, and domains
* Required language(s): English.

* Create / maintain RFS records & status in the Repository
* Ensure the operations are compliant from a Business Controls perspective
* Participate in conference calls (Take, distribute, & store minutes in the Repository)

Responsibilities:

Maintains schedule data in electronic workforce management software (eWFM, IEX or other system as provided) and/or logs, including intraday exceptions.
*
Maintains accurate and timely employee information in workforce management software and logs. Collects necessary data from partner sources
*
Distributes data according to SOP’s
*
Receives, researches, reports and documents facility, technology and system issues.
*
Provides regularly scheduled and ad hoc reporting when necessary.
*
Monitors workforce management system, ACD’s, client tools and other work load/service level information. Provides guidance to operations and other service partners to optimize client and StarTek performance.

Requirements:

• Has at least 1 year call center experience
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications including spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), and database (Microsoft Access), eWFM and automated call distributor (ACD) technologies.
• Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Able to calculate percentages and perform basic math operations.
