5 Technical Trainer and 2 Techical Training Supervisor FOR DAVAO SITE

Responsibilities:
The Trainer is dedicated to a technical support program and responsible for delivering all product specific training to ensure world class operations. The Trainer is also responsible for creating a high performance environment by adhering to the disciplines outlined below. He/she must be able to work in a multi-tasking, team-oriented environment to deliver measurable and quantitative results. The Trainer will represent Sutherland professionally in all client interactions and deliver desired results in the highest quality manner with a strong attention to detail.
1. Effective delivery of new hire training course that would yield a class average score of 90% or better in all the assessments administered during training.
2. Develop and effectively deliver a training agenda that would yield an endorsement rate of at least 90%.
3. Effective delivery of new hire training course that would yield a class average quality score of 85% or better during phone certification.
4. Administer quality training that would yield an average score or better in the trainer and course evaluation survey.
5. Administer quality training that would yield an average score or better in the trainer observation/evaluation conducted by the Training Team Lead/Supervisor, Training Team Manager or Training Manager.
6. Develop and effectively deliver refresher training as may be required by SD (Operations) that would yield an average assessment score 90% or better.
7. Create, develop and effectively implement value-add initiatives that would result to a 5% increase (or better) in the targeted performance indicators 30 days after the completion of the project.
8. Provide quality phone time support during non-training days that would yield an average QA score of 85% for the trainer.
