Migration Specialist
(National Capital Reg – Upper McKinley, Taguig City)

Responsibilities:

* Work with the DIRECT Managers as well as existing account teams and DIRECT sales managers in Asia to agree to EIKON migration accounts.
* Proactively engage, lead and monitor client EIKON migration activities, and where necessary address any issues, escalating as required.
* Manage the relationship with the clients and address their needs to ensure successful migrations.
* Drive the creation, execution and implementation of client specific migration plans for all allocated clients.
* Communicate with, guide and encourage the clients to draw up their internal migration plans, activities and communications as necessary, to obtain a successful and timely migration for each client.
* Deliver initial, training to Users to enable them to make efficient use of the product. Where the need for deeper product training is identified, engage the appropriate Knowledge Network manager to offer this to the client/User.
* Tailor the client migration materials, including sales migration aid packages, Factsheets, and FAQs, etc. as required and provide these to each client.
* Provide information to the Migration Business Analyst to assist in the preparation of timely and accurate client/account activity summaries and migration forecasts.
* Work with the Order Specialists / Client Administrators to ensure that the correct orders are created to enable the migration.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Upper McKinley, Taguig City.
* Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees
* 2 Migration Specialist project hire for 1 year
* Energetic, self-starter, able to initiate relationships
* Ability to follow and monitor agreed processes
* Able to manage time efficiently and to create plans for clients
* Ability to clearly communicate with and listen to others.
* Language requirements: English and any other Asian Language.
