Technical Trainer (Taguig Site)
(National Capital Reg – Taguig)

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Training

English communication and softskills

* Essential English communication skills to enhance ability to properly interact w/ customers
* Enhance communication skills integrating critical elements of structure and organization, accent neutralization, correct grammar, listening comprehension, and business writing.
* customer relationship management
* Proper call handling and customer service
* Technologies
* Provide knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and escalate

Policies and procedures

* Create Training Need Analysis (TNA) at least once a month
* Create and update essential training program module requirements.
* Prepare curricula including method media and documentation to be presented.
* Monthly calibration on performance with the Operations Manager/Supervisor/Team Lead
* Provides one-on-one and group coaching to Sales and Technical Support
* Monitor client updates on products and procedures and ensure this information is properly cascaded to the floor

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig.
* Willing to work on shifting schedule
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
