Recruitment Technology and Reports Team Lead (Taleo)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reports Generation
§ Uses historical volume data, trends, service model and statistical knowledge to generate business level and client-specific reports and recommendations.
§ Makes recommendations to support the RPO BTO Team’s mission to effectively deliver results against SLA’s by maximizing forecast accuracy, meeting service level and communicating staffing requirements
§ Provides guidance, recommendations and insights to senior management into what is driving variation from budget
§ Generates and presents ad-hoc analysis to various business partners and senior service center management.
§ Publishes daily, weekly, and monthly reports to all levels of management

Reports and Data Management
§ Develops, documents, and implements Key Performance Indicator reporting tools for key business stakeholders
§ Tracks, reconciles, and reports all recruiting activities for multiple clients within the Shared Service Center
§ Designs and develops spreadsheets and databases that gather, store and report analytical data

Data Interpretation and Analysis
§ Interpret and analyze data that is reviewed with senior management and center management and makes recommendations regarding changes that are needed as a result of this analysis.

System Administration and Management
§ Administers and manages all recruitment technologies and related interfaces to HRMS and other technologies
§ Researches and utilizes new technologies and techniques
§ Defines configuration and delivery requirements of recruitment technology for BTO clients supported in Manila
§ Serves as the Subject Matter Expert on the technology aspect of operations and secondarily owns requests and escalations on a technology standpoint

Escalation Management
§ Takes escalations or requirements for supervisory assistance or support
§ Serves as the Subject matter expert on the reporting aspect of operations and is the primary owner of requests and escalations on a reporting standpoint

Back Up / Cross Training
§ Capability to do all types of reporting for supported client or internal requirements even those not part of regular assignments (Ex. Other department, internal reports outside Taleo, etc.).
§ Ideal to eventually gain capability to do the Technology Specialist function (Partner role of reporting for the whole support provided towards the recruitment technology/ Taleo) if not yet able.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Working experience in Business Object/Intelligence or Crystal Report required
* Knowledge in advanced excel required
* SAP and Taleo experience an advantage
* HR Recruiting experience an advantage
