Quality Analyst (EDSA/Ortigas)
(National Capital Reg – EDSA/Ortigas)

REQUIREMENTS:

* At least 3 months QA experience preferred

* Preferably with Cable, Internet, Wireless/Technical Support experience

* Above average Excel skills

* Strong understanding of TPUSA/ Client call standard

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* No attendance issues

* Fast Learner

* Self-motivated, resourceful, reliable and committed

* Must have a good attitude and the ability to work as a team player

* Ability to multi- task

* Willing to work on a flexible schedule

* Excellent leadership /mentoring abilities

* Preferably with knowledge of COPC & DMAIC processes
