REQUIREMENTS:

* Fresh graduates with a degree in Business, Tourism or Aviation preferred
* Graduates of other courses may also apply
* Good academic standing
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Team player with good interpersonal skills
* Good analytical skills, fast-learner, flexible, desire for quality and attention to details
* Competency on the usage of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to take the point of view of the customers and work under pressure
* Proven ability to document and solve problems and issues effectively
* Knowledge in travel industry is an advantage
