Responsibilities:
* Assists in the planning and implementation of training programs for employees.
* Assists in the conduct of training need analysis.
* Documents, collates and summarizes training records.
* Files and safekeeps all training records and related documents.
* Submits regular reports on trainings conducted for all employees.
* Coordinates with other units regarding training requirements and related matters.
* Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
* Ensures the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department.
* Performs tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company’s QEHSMS Manual.
Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
