Accounts Payable Team Manager (Simplified Mandarin Speaker)
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:

* Leads the Requisition To Pay (RTP) team;
* Manage and supervise all RTP activities and processes in an effective and efficient manner;
* Ensures compliance with Group and International Accounting Standards and tax regulations;
* Ensure effective financial and business controls are in place to support business activities;
* Embed leading edge solutions to improve the health of the RTP processes, measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related business degree;
* At least 5 years experience on all areas of Accounting;
* At least 2-3 years in handling a team with at least 5 staff;
* Knowledge in Process Controls & Compliance or similar field;
* Exposure and knowledge on usage of ERP – GSAP/SAP FI preferred;
* Should have a strong command in Simplified Mandarin Language, both oral and written;
* Highly organized – being able to commit in meeting deadlines;
* Willing to work in shifting schedules
