Requirements:

* Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration;

* MBA degree or Law degree is an advantage

* Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor; CPA/Lawyer is an advantage

* Must have at least 10 years managerial experience in the internal audit function preferably in the energy or power industry

* Must have the ability to effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations with Management and Board of Directors
