Customer Service Representatives – FINRA Series 7 Certified
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Answer inbound calls from out clients and financial advisors
* Provide accurate and immediate response/solutions to transaction and service requests
* Continuous education and training

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Candidate must be a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) – Series 7 License holder
* Accounting and Financial background is an advantage but not required
* Excellent English communication skills
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Applicants must be willing to work on graveyard shifts
