RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Human Resources Manager will manage a team of HR staff and oversee the implementation of all areas of Human Resource Management in the mall.
The scope of his/her responsibilities shall include performance management, employee training and development, timekeeping and compensation management, and recruitment.
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate must have sufficient exposure in all areas of Human Resources Management, preferably from a huge local or multinational company.
Human Resource experience must include recruitment and employee services.
Must possess adequate knowledge of labor laws; with superior organizational, communication and coordination skills; highly analytical, dynamic; and with proven leadership abilities.
At least 5 years experience as HR Manager is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Political Science, Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
Applicants must preferrably be from Bulacan area.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
