Responsibilities:

* Lead development activities across all development teams
* Work with senior Red Point Solution Architects to architect scalable and reliable software applications using Red Point Framework
* Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET web and application services using the .NET Framework
* Maintain and enhance existing software applications

Requirements:

* Microsoft Certified with a minimum of 5+ years of .NET/C# experience developing both WinForms and Web applications
* Supervisory/People Management experience
* Agile Methodology experience
* SOA experience
* .NET 3.0 (WCF, WF, and WPF)with C#V3.5
* MS SQL Server experience (SQL/T-SQL, Stored Procedures and Functions).
* Version/Source Control (i.e. VSTS, Visual Source Safe, CVS, etc.)
* XML technologies (REST, SOAP, XSLT, XML Schema)
* Experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server is preferred.
* Sharepoint Experience would be an advantage
