Responsibilities:

* Single point of contact for the client communication.
* Responsible for process deliverables as per agreed SLA’s and quality.
* Maintain profitability of existing processes (Voice/Data).
* Responsible for Team Management & staffing.
* Participate in and contribute to client conference calls, management meetings & department meetings.
* Ability to manage operational parameters of a program.

Requirements:

* College Graduate.
* At least 8-10 years of Call Center or BPO experience with about 5 years solid experience in a client and people management role, preferably in a US Healthcare Insurance account.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good people management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Can work on graveyard shift.
* Willing to work in the Makati area.
