RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Leasing Manager will work closely with the Senior Leasing Manager, with main responsibility for short-term tenant management.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Graduate of any four-year business related course, with 3 years experience in leasing or retail management or significant exposure to the shopping center industry.

* Knowledgeable in leasing, sales, marketing or retail management; has an excellent reporting and communication skills, and, possesses a strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.

* Significant understanding of the shopping center industry; understanding of fundamentals of market research, building and land law, and, adept in analyzing financial results.
