Requirements:
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Engineering, MBA diploma/units, a definite plus;
•With at least 5 years senior capacity experience with proven record in effectively managing overall operations in a manufacturing set-up, background multi-culture set-up is an advantage;
•With solid experience in the design and implementation of company-wide continuous improvement strategies;
•A good communicator w/ excellent decision-making capacity, strong leadership skills, people management and high level of analytical and problem-solving competency;
•Male, 35-45 years old;
•Computer literate;
•Familiarity with Mandarin, an advantage.

SENIOR RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ANALYST-Female,30-40 years old; Preferably graduate of Chemical Engineering or BS Chemistry; With 10 years related working experience.

CIVIL ENGINEER-Male,22-30 years old; Graduate of BS Civil Engineering; Computer literate (Auto Cad); with or with out related working experience.

ECE-Male,22-30 years old; Graduate of BS Electronics & Communication Engineering; With or with out related working experience.
