Lead, eLearning Development

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Conduct needs analysis for new internal and client courses through focus group discussions and interviews
* Work with Training and Clients to determine eLearning development needs for new client online training
* Coordinate with different units to determine training needs and obtain feedback on current online training programs and courses
* Echo feedback from various units to clients and provide recommendations on the development of online courses
* Manage online content flow of developed courses
* Identify relevant content to be included in online courses
* Incorporate exercises and relevant course work on developed online courses
* Determine layout and multimedia content such as audio or video needed for to ensure content is interactive and there is learner content interaction
* Coordinate development of online course content for internal training
* Coordinate with Content Specialist on content and design of online courses
* Develop online course content for new client training in coordination with the client and/ or assigned trainer or other subject-matter experts
* Research on assigned topics through coordination with subject matter experts and using other resources as required
* Create web-based modules to support new or existing programs and ensure that modules follow instructional design parameters
* Create assessments for online modules to check for understanding
* Work with various units throughout new client implementations to make sure all online content development needs are met
* Coordinate trainer updates of current client online materials
* Conduct evaluation of online material created and work on necessary editing needed
* Work closely with clients to ensure best practices are incorporated into online module

Training Logistics

* Maintain and update web based templates, layouts and proper identification of multimedia tools to be used for online courses
* Update and maintain current online materials or modules
* Coordinate with end users for updating online module content

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* At least 1 year experience as a trainer or technical experience with focus on instructional design, organizational development or eLearning
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
