RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist customers regarding their inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner over the phone. REQUIREMENTS:

IT SECURITY HELPDESK SPECIALIST (Call Center/BPO)

Responsibilities:

The IT Security Helpdesk Specialist provides support services to the Security department.

Requirements:

1. Reports directly to the Director of Security.
2. Requires working U.S. Business Hours
3. Must be experienced in the Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.
4. Performs a variety of internal auditing functions and escalates issues such as, but not limited to:
1. User entitlement reviews
2. AV Audits
3. Vulnerability scanning
4. Log Management and Reviews of System, Firewall, and IDS logs
5. Has excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
6. Receives phone calls and emails and provides necessary actions on those communications.

The CREDIT OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD / SPECIALIST is responsible for the direct leadership and facilitation of a group of Credit and Collections Specialist in a B2B enviroment. Leads and executes incident management process improvement activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. CREDIT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST: Must have a background on managing Credit (Daily Sales Outstanding, Aging of Accounts Receivable, etc. ) and doing Collection calls for NA clients in a B2B environment.
CREDIT OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD: Must have background in leading a team of AR/Credit and Collections Specialist in a Business to business set up.
2. At least 3 years experience in the same capacity.
3. Must have extensive experience dealing with NA clients.
