RESPONSIBILITIES:

-As a customer service agent, you’ll be assisting people from different countries, providing advice and solving problems. It can be challenging work, but you’ll be rewarded with bonuses for helping people quickly and professionally, and making them smile. You will answer calls from customers, helping them resolve issues and solve problems while inputting their call information into the computer. You will also learn while on the job. As a customer service agent, you must be able to handle large volume of inquiries, and navigate the computer, while providing superb customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/short course certificate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for developing and implementing strategies, programs, and processes for the effective utilization of the organizations human capital. Programs may include human capital resource planning, leadership and management development, and career management in support of business initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelors degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related MBA
* 3-5 years experience in designing and managing organizational effectiveness solutions
* Deep understanding of and practical experience in applied Operational Excellence and change management principles
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Team-player, results-oriented and excellent communications skills both oral and written
* Knowledgeable in Microsoft Application and other database application programs

Software Development Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We need one Software Development Engineer to support the Parametrics / Test Tool development team within ink jet print head development. This team supports print head development through parametric lab testing of print heads, development of software/infrastructure to support the parametric lab. The specific job duties will include: Design, implement, and test applications targeted for Windows XP; Design, implement, and test changes to existing applications on Windows; Work with other team members to analyze requirements and recommend a systems solution; Develops / maintains documentation on the as built status of the code; Uses a code library to manage code; Develop and execute test plans validating development and / or changes to existing code.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Has BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology (degree in MS is an added advantage)
* Strong in C/C++ programming language
* Proficient in requirements analysis
* Preferably with experience in any of the following: Web development, relational database design and LAB View
* Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must have 3 years experience on Windows development
