Responsibilities:
Will be part of the extensive training for branch operations in preparation for the challenging role of providing leadership and clear direction to assigned branch to ensure steady growth, profitability and significant market share by promoting a service culture through coaching and staff motivation while maximizing resources. Will be responsible for planning, developing, organizing, directing, controlling, overseeing, evaluating, improving and implementing all day-to-day branch operations functions in accordance to the Company’s overall objectives as well as the Company’s Policies and Procedures. Ensure that individual and branch sales quota / targets are achieved.
This includes sales, cashiering, inventory, customer service, technical / clinical support, administrative, marketing and human resource functions.
Requirements:
* EDUCATION: Graduate of any four-year business related course from reputable universities. Registered Nurses who have keen business sense are most welcome.
* EXPERIENCE: With at least 1 year experience as a team leader / supervisor, gained from the beauty, wellness, pharmaceutical or fast food / restaurant industry.
* OTHERS: A professional who is as passionate about beauty and wellness as well as for work excellence, entrepreneurial, innovative, loves dealing with people, strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Has high regard for integrity, customer service and team work. Results-oriented, self-starter, highly flexible and could work well under pressure, with minimum supervision.
