Responsibilities:

* Responsible for PPC Asia Corp.’s tire business to maximize its growth goals through development of product positioning and pricing structures.
* Product Management and Delivery of Off-The-Road (OTR) – Industrial, Agricultural, Commercial Trucks and Earthmovers/ Heavy Equipment Tires.
* Launching of new markets, development of products, implement sales policies and strategies designed to maximize the success of all product lines.
* Responsible for the preparation of Department’s budget, annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly forecasts and outlooks by line of business, including management of Regional / Area Sales reporting.
* Drive competitive analysis with the ability to recognize and understand competitive changes in the related marketplace and develop competitive strategies.
* Develop and provide recommendations for pricing and selling to meet the needs of customers, nationwide, and manage implementation of changes.
* Drive rate change implementation, including sales channel communications.
* Provide statistical and narrative reports & plans, as required, pertaining to all business responsibilities.
* Maximize efforts by maintaining and utilizing good working relationships with Operations Group, product suppliers and other vendors.
* Work closely with all departments in a team environment to provide sales and marketing information, solicit feedback, and be involved in decision making, which impacts the Regional Sales and distribution.
* Works closely with the Finance team and senior staff to develop and implement sales and marketing incentive programs for the Sales Force.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

* Extensive product line knowledge.
* Thorough knowledge of customer requirements and market demands.
* Thorough knowledge of company business planning process.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Must have professional Driver’s License

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

* Bachelor’s degree major in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course
* 10-year experience in sales and marketing related to tire industry
* More than 10-year managerial experience
* Basic understanding on tire technologies and product functionality required.
* Demonstrated ability to develop creative and innovative approaches managing products in a highly competitive market
* Proven track record of success in growing and defending the business in a competitive environment required.
* Proficient in MS Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), forecasting tools etc. is strongly desired.

Responsibilities:

* Handle publications sales which includes order processing, coordinating with mail room (in Geneva) and updating the sales spreadsheet
* Finalize shipment of publications to several field offices and customers
* In-charge of publications display at the MAC reception area
* Assist the Publications Coordinator in all marketing-related activities for both internal and external costumers, including, but not limited to contacting and coordinating with bookstore for book display and consignments; universities for book sales; trade organizers for participation in local and regional book fairs; other international organizations within the region for co-promotional activities; carry out conventional and creative marketing and promotional activities for IOM publications
* Check publication catalogue in the online bookstore to make sure that it is always updated and information is accurate
* Assist the Publications Coordinator to organize with Publications Unit (PUB) lay-out artists and printers/suppliers for the creation of flyers, brochures, books and other advertising materials
* Draft and send review letters for new publications to reviewers
* Maintain subscriptions list (e.g. Publications Unit mail list, Constant Contact, Migration Bulletin and new publications, including the more focused marketing mailing lists)
* Monitor the Publications inbox for routine correspondence and request
* Handle request for copyrights permission and electronic rights, keeping track of permissions granted
* Prepare request for payment (RFP) for shipping cost
* Act as the unit’s focal point in preparing Purchase Requisitions
* Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

* University graduate preferably in International Studies, Management or Marketing
* At least four years of working experience
* Fluent in English both oral and written; knowledge of French and/or Spanish an advantage
* Familiarity with MS office (word and excel) and Internet browser
* High sense of responsibility and ability to work on own initiative, under pressure while maintaining high level of accuracy, consistency and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize
