* Minimum of 5 Years systems analysis and design experience
* Strong system and business analysis experience
* An in-depth appreciation of IT and its utilization
* An in-depth appreciation for the inbound call center industry
* Knowledge of inbound call center operations and metrics
* Ability to understand and provide insight system architectures
* IT analysis skills and the ability to translate these skills into Microsoft .Net architectures
* Ability to create, comprehend, and convey use cases
