Responsibilities:

* Must be articulate and fluent in writing and speaking the English language
* Excellent knowledge in MS Office specifically Excel, Word and Powerpoint
* Thorough knowledge of AVAYA (Phone and Reporting function)
* Background in working with eWFM software (Similar to Blue Pumpkin)
* Must be able to motivate and train a team to perform well within a desired expectation
* Must have strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
* Work experience in a call center is a must including workforce management background such as capacity planning, forecasting and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and develop web sites according to the required specifications
2. Update E-commerce and Branded site
3. Create Interactive Banners
4. Design and construct Web pages/sites, promotions, and similar projects
5. Use HTML, rich media and static content in a branded site
6. Link dynamic web site content with web site design
7. Perform quality control and review at all stages of web site production with client and web team to ensure final product meets internal quality standards and user / client satisfaction
8. Organize and maintain existing sites
9. Assess new standards, technologies and trends, and formulate strategies and plans for future enhancement of web sites
10. Ensure that web sites are accessible from a variety of different environments and platforms
11. Produce a consistent visual image on the web sites including maintenance of templates and image archives
12. Ensure that web pages are delivered to the viewer at sufficiently high speed and quality

Requirements:

1. Candidate must be a college graduate of Fine Arts, Multimedia, Advertising, or any related course.
2. With 3+ years of interaction design, web design, animation, advanced development and user experience design. Exemplary fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
3. Expertise with Adobe Photoshop 8.0, Flash and Illustrator is a must.
4. Knowledge in 3D, motion graphics and video production is an advantage.
5. Must have strong communication and interaction skills with commercialization, research, business, and design teams.
6. Must have excellent design skills
7. Must be familiar with other rich media environments.
8. Must be familiar with digital photography for product presentation.
9. Must have strong focus on user interface design
10. Must have strong graphic design and illustration skills.
11. Must have a thorough understanding of overall web site design, including usability, industry standards, architecture and navigation.
12. Must have an eye for detail.
13. Must be able to work efficiently (strong multitasking skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines).
14. Must be a team player and with high sense of responsibility and professionalism.
15. Knowledgeable in E-commerce websites is a plus.
16. Must be willing to work on night/ shifting schedule.
