Back Office Position – CSA Sales Admin

Responsibilities:
CSA-Sales Admin (3 Full Time Positions)
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage key administrative and operational tasks of Senior Account Executive of the Business Development Division
* Receive, edit and process incoming customer orders or generate quotes on the Order Management System in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate customer accounts in Client Relationship Management System
* Prepare, generate and distribute required reports, including backorder reports.
* Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
Specialized Skill and Ability:
* Exposure to sales of technology products a definite advantage
Skills and Abilities:
* Excellent communication skills
* Adept knowledge in Order management, Client Relationship Management and Online Case management Systems
* Proficient use in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook, and internet savvy
* Capable of multi-tasking in a progressive fast pace environment
* Ability to work, handle details accurately and follow up with minimum supervision
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s / College Degree in any field.
* Atleast one year of working experience in the related field is required
* Preferably with call center background
* Relevant work experience for the position applied for is advantageous
* Willing to work on a Night Shift Schedule.
