Responsibilities:

* Assist the Training Supervisor in determining training needs and in identifying priority programs and interventions aligned with the business priorities and organizational directions
* Design and conduct behavioral and technical training programs/workshops that are customized and responsive to the needs of the organization
* Consolidate, control and evaluate behavioral training and Organization Development activities of the different departments for integration and alignment purposes

Requirements:

* Related work experience of more than a year in the same/ similar level is an advantage
* Experienced trainers (from TNA/ research, program, design and development)
* With keen-eye for fashion and trends
* Can do field work, entail traveling and commuting
* Love for fashion and transfer of knowledge
* Result and detail – oriented with a sense of urgency/ time consciousness
* Flexible with the right attitude for the achievement of company goals
